Hello. Our names are Debbie Harris and Andrew Pirie. We are the proud owners of the Lodge at Eastshore. We have been enjoying this area on holidays and visits for over 25 years. Our past guests have described their stays at the Lodge at Eastshore as “unbelievably beautiful”, “breathtaking”, “exhilarating” , “a wonder”, “a great place for the kids”, “so much to do”, “a wonderful place to unwind ” and “something very special”. We invite you to consider a holiday here and to add to these superlatives. You will not be disappointed.
Below is a picture of the Lodge from the 1930’s when the Lodge served as the centre of a luxury resort called Kootenay Cottages where guest would come from places far and away to fish for world record Gerrard Rainbow trout and kokanee salmon, to golf on what is now the world class Kokanee Springs Golf Resort, to play tennis on the properties own grass tennis court, and to experience the natural beauty of this region. The world record Gerrard rainbow, kokanee salmon, golf, grass tennis court and natural beauty are still here for you to enjoy. While we have preserved as much as possible of the Lodge’s important history, we have lovingly updated the Lodge for your comfort and enjoyment-4 well appointed bedrooms that sleep 6-12 comfortably, 3 bathrooms and a fantastic private outdoor shower with lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Great Room with piano, ping pong table, well-stocked library, and examples of the wildlife that are still an integral part of this region. You can see more of what the Lodge has to offer you on the Accommodations page
